Q-Man Oiler set in time mode

Q-Man Oiler is a modern professional and fully electronic chain lubrication system. Our evaluation of this system is a very interesting arrangement of this issue, because its functionality and precision of action is not inferior to branded electronic products in this industry. By joining this project as a motorcyclist, I have undoubtedly struggled with the same doubts that accompany this type of devices and creating this system I tried to eliminate them. Q-Man Oiler is a product created by a motorcyclist and I would like to share it with this group.

 The method of oil feeding
The feeder used is a membrane pump, which regardless of the density of the lubricant - the temperature gives the same amount of oil.
 Wheel sensor
By using a wheel sensor, the system operates very linearly and gives a defined amount of lubricant at a specified distance. Controlled, therefore, is the path traveled, and not sometimes, under pressure or gravity. The consequence of this arrangement is a well lubricated chain and a rarely dirty rim.

The use of a multi-functional switch gives you numerous possibilities to change parameters and the surrounding diode informs you about the correct operation of the device in the desired mode.
 Time mode
The controller also has a work mode - a temporary one that can be used in emergency situations - a tipper, mechanical damage to the wheel sensor, or for people who want such a solution. Then the device goes into operation mode at a specific time sequence.
 No interference in factory motorcycle equipment
The system operates autonomously and the only thing that is needed from the factory equipment of the motorcycle is the mass and "+ after ignition"
 Freedom of assembly
The oil does not flow onto the gravity chain, but is taken from the tank and fed into the chain by a pump which apart from the quantitative precision of feeding also allows the tank to be mounted anywhere (it does not have to be the highest point of the lubrication system)

Double-sided printed circuits for our controllers were made in a professional company.
The assembly of SMD components was made on modern Siemens machines.
Brazing has been carried out in a reflow oven in accordance with the ROHS directive (unleaded)
Electronic components come from renowned TME, Maritex vendors, etc.

Q-Man Oiler meets safety standards and has CE conformity declarations with the number QN-550.
The electronic system used there is made in accordance with the applicable EU standards.
